Our story
Every aura begins in the soil
SpiceAuras grew out of a simple family habit — smelling a spice before buying it, and refusing anything that smelled like a shortcut.
The beginning
A trading counter and a weighing scale
The family started by hand-sorting chillies and turmeric for neighbourhood kitchens — learning grade, aroma and honesty at the same counter.
Growing roots
Straight to the growers
We stopped buying blind lots and began travelling to harvests in Gujarat, Andhra and Kerala, buying single-origin and paying for quality, not volume.
Building the floor
Our own grinding and dehydration lines
Cold grinding, sortex cleaning and low-temperature dehydration gave us control over colour, aroma and microbiology instead of hoping for it.
Today
SpiceAuras
Ninety-plus products across whole spices, powders, dehydrated vegetables and fried onion — supplied to homes, restaurants, brands and exporters.
“A spice should announce itself the moment the pouch opens. If it needs help, it should not carry our name.”
— The SpiceAuras family
